Confidence and Cooperation in South Asian Waters was a regionally initiated project that focused on maritime issues affecting India and Pakistan. It was structured and coordinated as an applied research project of the Centre for Foreign Policy Studies (CFPS) at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
